主要用于黑液的提取和浆料的多段逆流洗涤，是传统水平带式真空洗浆机的换代产品。克服了原水平带式真空洗浆机胶带开孔率低，跑冒滴漏严重、更换胶带费工费时的缺点，提高了黑液的提取浓度和效率。还具有适应性广，动力消耗低，可自动控制的优点。
Mainly for many segments refluence washing of the black liquor distilling and pulp materials ,which is a transformation products instead of a traditional horizontal belt vacuum Washer. Conquered the defects of former level Vacuum Washer opening hole rate lowly, leaking seriously, replacing tape to waste time and labour . Increased distilling thickness and efficiency of black liquor. Also it has advantages of wide adaptability, low power consumption and automatic control.
