本机是***新一代专用于废纸脱墨制浆的全封闭式多级浮选脱墨设备。在该设备内通过特殊结构的级间分离装置，形成层次分明的多级浮选，防止了不同浮选级间浆料的混合，而空气的分散及与浆料的混合是靠特殊开发的无堵塞射流系统来完成的，这种独特的装置结构使纸浆进行内部循环，空气在纸浆内被多次利用，大大提高空气的利用率和油墨脱除效率。该设备具有脱墨效率高，脱墨后的浆料白度高，亮度好，排除油墨的浓度大（可达3%以上），纤维流失极少，占地面积小，操作控制简单，能耗低等显著优点。该机组分三级和五级两种。

The equipment is an up-to-date full sealing type multilevel floatation deinking equipment for specially using in deinking of waste paper.In the equipment via the special structure of the grade separation device,It forms a floatation of multi-layered to prevent to mix flotation of different stages. air dispersion and pulp mixing depend on the special non-block system to complete , The pulp internal circulation will be ran by the unique device struture .the air in the pulp will be used repeatedly, consequently increase the utilization of air three to five times .The equipment has many remarkable excellences such as deinking high efficiency, high brightness pulp after deinking ,releasing high ink thicness (up to 3% above), little fiber loss, occupied small area, easy operation control.
