We knew the present status of drying of solid powder/particle by communication with them, and realized that techniques of traditional dryers had limited the promotion of the quality of their products and further development of the companies, we felt the pursue and desire of the people in these areas for advanced drying equipment

技术原理 Technical Principle
根据客户产能的大小，在真空容器内设计布置3-11层传送带，通过连续固体进料器和布料器，将客户所需要干燥的原料在真空条件下实现连续送料，并均匀的布放在干燥带上，由于物料在干燥过程中不断翻动，所以加快了蒸发速度和时间，保证产品在干燥过程中的均匀性，干燥的温度在20-150℃可调，物料从进入干燥机到干燥后出料约20-80分钟可调。干燥后的产品如需粉碎工艺，可在真空条件下粉碎，避免了粉尘飞扬，增加了产品收率和解决了污染等问题。干燥后的产品通过真空连续出料器和真空收料机实现连续出料，同时可实现有机溶剂的回收，解决了环保问题并增加溶剂回收收益。
According to the capacity needed of our clients, we arrange 3-11 layers of conveying belts inside our vacuum container, after passing continuously through the solid inlet and distributing device, the wet material will be dried under the vacuum condition by continuous feeding-in, distributed evenly on the drying belt. Because of the constant turning of the material during the drying process, so this quickens the evaporation speed and shortens the drying time, and also guarantees the homogeneity of the product during the drying process, the drying temperature can be adjusted between 20-150 ℃,The drying time from the feeding-in of wet material to the discharging of dried product can also be adjusted around 20-80 minutes. If the dried product needs to be comminuted, it can be comminuted under the vacuum, so no dust explosion, thus increasing the recovery rate and also solving the problem of pollution. The dried product will be discharged continuously by pneumatic conveying systems and vacuum storage bin, and in the same time recovering the organic solvent, so as to solving the environmental problems and adding the profit by organic solvent recovery.
