工作原理
气流粉碎机是一种利用高速气流来实现干式物料超细粉碎的设备，它由气流粉碎机、旋风收集器、除尘器、引风机、电控柜等组成。压缩空气经过滤干燥除油后，通过特殊配置的喷嘴高速喷射入粉碎腔内，在高压气流的作用下把物料粉碎，粉碎后的物料随上升气流进入分级腔，在高速度运转的分级叶轮产生的离心力和气流产生的向心力作用下，使粗细颗粒分开，符合粒径要求的细颗粒通过分级叶轮叶片间隙进入旋风收集器和除尘器收集，粗颗粒被分级叶轮甩出并下降至粉碎区继续粉碎。

◆因为物料是在气流的带动下自身碰撞粉碎，这样在物料的粉碎过程中不会构成污染。
◆因为物料是在气体膨胀状态下粉碎，所以粉碎腔体内温度控制在常温状态。
◆内带分级装置，可一次得到想要的产品粒径。

Working principle
